Cancellation and refunds
Manage your subscription in the Billing portal. The service is billed monthly for continued access to paid features.
Cancellation
You can cancel or pause your paid membership any time from the account billing area (or through your Stripe customer portal).
Refunds
Unless required by law, paid access fees are generally non-refundable once a subscription period has started. You may request exceptions for technical service failures.
Data after cancellation
Saved machines and historical reports remain available for review, while premium features (reports, CSV, monthly updates) become limited according to plan status.
